Identification, antibacterial and antifungal effects, antibiotic resistance of some lactic acid bacteria

Summary: A total of 74 lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolates were obtained from various dairy products, with 18 strains showing antimicrobial and antifungal activity. Antibiotic susceptibility of these strains was also investigated, revealing resistance to certain antibiotics.
