The temperature dependences of the cubic lattice parameters and the molar heat capacities of Ln(2)O(3)center dot 2HfO(2) solid solutions were determined in the temperature range 300-1300 K, with estimated coefficients of thermal expansion and C-p(T) equations.
The temperature dependences of the cubic lattice parameters and the molar heat capacities of Ln(2)O(3)center dot 2HfO(2) (Ln = Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) solid solutions of the defective fluorite structure were determined in the temperature range 300-1300 K. The coefficients of thermal expansion and C-p(T) equations are estimated.
