Cd-substituted NiZnCo ferrite with high dielectric constant and low coercivity for high-frequency electronic devices

Hai-Shan Guo et al.

Summary: The substitution of Cd2+ ions for Zn2+ ions in NiZnCo ferrites causes lattice distortion, decreases saturation magnetization, increases coercivity, increases dielectric constant, decreases dielectric loss, and decreases DC resistivity. These changes provide excellent electrical and magnetic properties, which can be beneficial for the development of high-frequency miniaturized electronic equipment.
