Results showed high potential for treating the cancer cells with the core-shell nanofibers.

Rapid fabrication of homogeneously distributed hyper-branched gold nanostructured electrode based electrochemical immunosensor for detection of protein biomarkers

Summary: In this study, an electrochemical biosensor based on multiple signal amplification methods was developed for the simultaneous detection of lung cancer markers CYFRA21-1 and CEA. The biosensor, with a large number of gold nanoparticles distributed on the surface of three-dimensional graphene and other materials, showed enhanced sensitivity and a wide detection range. It has great potential for the early clinical diagnosis of multiple targets.
