High-efficiency Pd nanoparticles loaded porous organic polymers membrane catalytic reactors

Yaohan Chen et al.

Summary: An innovative method was developed to prepare porous organic polymer membranes through interfacial azo-coupling polymerization. These membranes, with plenty of anchoring sites for loading Pd nanoparticles, served as membrane reactors and exhibited high-performance catalytic reduction with a flux of 27.3 t m(-2) day(-1). These membranes also showed good long-term stability due to almost zero Pd leaching.
