This review discusses the potential application and understanding of Pd(II) complexes anchored on different supports as catalytic systems for the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction, highlighting their high reactivity, easy separation, purification, and recyclability. It focuses on the general developments in this research area over the last three decades, including the most recent achievements and understanding of these heterogenized systems.
This review highlights the potential application and understanding of Pd(II) complexes anchoring onto different supports as catalytic systems for the Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. The combination of the high reactivity of Pd complexes with their facile separation, purification and recyclability makes these systems promising catalysts for the industrial synthesis of fine chemicals. This review focuses on the general developments in this research area in the last three decades comprising the most recent achievements and understanding of these heterogenized systems.
