Dislocation content of grain boundary phase junctions and its relation to grain boundary excess properties

T. Frolov et al.

Summary: In this study, the dislocation content of grain boundary phase junctions was analyzed, revealing that the Burgers vectors of these junctions contain contributions from excess atoms and play a crucial role in driving phase transformations and elastic interactions with defects.
