Effects of Social influence and Perceived Enjoyment on Kiosk Acceptance: A Moderating Role of Gender

Summary: This study expands the Technology Acceptance Model by examining the effects of social influence and perceived enjoyment on the acceptance of self-service kiosks in hotels, as well as the moderating effects of gender. The findings show that both social influence and perceived enjoyment significantly enhance the perceived usefulness and acceptance of kiosks, with social influence having a greater impact on female users. The study provides recommendations for improving customer acceptance of hotel kiosks.
