The complete genome sequence of Lactobacillus crispatus type strain ATCC 33820 was successfully obtained using Nanopore and Illumina sequencing technologies. The genome consists of a 2.2-Mb circular chromosome with 2,194 open reading frames and an average GC content of 37.0%.
