A Year Trend Analysis and Spatial Distribution of COVID-19 Cases in Nepal

Monitoring using GIS and spatial analysis could be an effective strategy in preventing the spread of SARS-CoV-2 in Nepal's ongoing pandemic situation.

The highest number of infected cases are in the age group of 21-30, with a male to female death ratio of 2.33. Further efforts are required to strengthen the pandemic prevention work in Nepal.
