Gradient-Wrinkled Microparticle with Grayscale Lithography Controlling the Cross-Linking Densities for High Security Level Anti-Counterfeiting Strategies

Summary: In this paper, a high security level anti-counterfeiting strategy using labyrinth wrinkle patterns with different complexities is proposed, with codes generated through grayscale lithography. The uniqueness of the extracted codes was confirmed and authentication strategies were demonstrated based on decoding different minutia codes according to scanning resolution. Overall, the presented patterning method has potential applications in security code generation.
