Summary: The study developed a semi-supervised algorithm that can reliably deconvolute the clonal structure of tumor mutations by tracking spatiotemporal tumor data from multiple samples, even at low sequencing depths. In the absence of a priori copy number data, the algorithm is able to generate reliable copy number estimations from bulk sequences.
