Covalent Organic Framework Constructed by Clicking Azido Porphyrin with Perpropargyloxy-Cucurbit[6]uril for Electrocatalytic Hydrogen Generation from Water Splitting

Aisan Khaligh et al.

Summary: In this study, a new covalent organic framework COF-TPP-CB[6] was successfully synthesized and characterized, demonstrating its efficiency and stability as an electrocatalyst for hydrogen evolution reaction in alkaline medium. The research also explored the effect of different Ni loadings on the HER performance of TPP-CB[6], with 12%Ni@TPP-CB[6] identified as the optimal catalyst showing impressive H2 production rate and low onset potential.
