Summary: A systematic review was conducted to evaluate second-line treatments for pregnant women with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS), and it was found that using IVIG, HCQ, pravastatin, PE+IVIG, and PE+LDS significantly increased the live birth rate and/or reduced the occurrence of severe complications.
