Summary: The study developed a novel hydrogel, AHAMA hydrogel, with excellent adhesive strength and stability, capable of enhancing proliferation and migration of bone marrow stem cells. In experiments, AHAMA hydrogel demonstrated significant potential in promoting cartilage regeneration in a rat osteochondral defect model.
