Effect of Al and Mg Co-doping on the Microstructural and Gas-Sensing Characteristics of ZnO Nanoparticles

Mesoporous ZnO nanosheets with rich surface oxygen vacancies for UV-activated methane gas sensing at room temperature

Additionally, density functional theory calculations suggested that V-O could enhance the surface charge density of ZnO and lower the Gibbs free energy for CH4 activation on the ZnO surface.

Hydrogen sensing characteristics of Pd-decorated ultrathin ZnO nanosheets

2D layer assembly of Pt-ZnO nanoparticles on reduced graphene oxide for flexible NO2 sensors
