Summary: This study introduces a rational design of direct 0D/2D Z-scheme heterojunction of Zn-AgIn5S8/alpha-Fe2O3, which enhances the redox ability of semiconductors and inhibits charge recombination. Through appropriate band alignment and Zeta potential differences, QDs can be uniformly dispersed and efficiently utilize visible light.
