Summary: This study describes how a center expanded fetal telecardiology program through collaboration with MFM clinics during the COVID-19 pandemic, evaluating diagnostic accuracy. In 2020, 122 mothers received telemedicine visits at a fetal cardiac care center, with 11.5% having abnormal fetal echocardiograms and 5.8% suspicious for critical congenital heart disease.
