Identification and Validation of an Autophagy-Related lncRNA Signature for Patients With Breast Cancer

Ruyue Zhang et al.

Summary: A signature composed of 9 autophagy-related lncRNAs was constructed to predict the prognosis of breast cancer patients, identifying high-risk and low-risk groups. The study found that patients in the high-risk group had poorer overall survival, and the ROC curve confirmed the sensitivity and specificity of the signature. Additionally, the signature was shown to be an independent factor related to the progression of breast cancer. Gene set enrichment analysis revealed enrichment in carcinogenic activation pathways and autophagy-related pathways.
