Influence of height on endothelial maintenance activity: a narrative review

Summary: Recent studies have shown an inverse association between height and cardiovascular disease, with a potential link to endothelial maintenance and angiogenesis. The positive association between height and cancer further complicates understanding the underlying mechanisms. The absolute volume of bone marrow, related to height, may influence endothelial maintenance activity and contribute to disease progression.
