Fabrication of periodical micro-stripe structure of polyimide by laser interference induced forward transfer technique

Huijuan Shen et al.

Summary: Laser-induced forward transfer technology has advanced microfabrication by printing various patterns of 2D and 3D structures. The LIIFT technique has successfully achieved high-efficiency production of periodical polymer micro-stripes. Experimental results demonstrate that the transferred micro-stripes maintain the same composition as the original material.
