Natural lignocellulosic nanofibril film with excellent ultraviolet blocking performance and robust environment resistance

Huiyang Bian et al.

Summary: Research on sustainable cellulose-based films with ultraviolet blocking capabilities has attracted attention due to ozone layer depletion and skin cancer risk. Natural lignocellulosic nanofibril film without complex chemical modification or UV absorbers showed excellent UV blocking performance, thermal stability, and long-term UV shielding capability, making it environmentally friendly and suitable for various applications.
