Spatial accessibility to colonoscopy and its role in predicting late-stage colorectal cancer

Summary: The study examined the agreement of different 2SFCA methods in evaluating spatial access to colonoscopy and found strong agreement between classic and enhanced methods but lower agreement with the variable method. Regression models showed that spatial access to colonoscopy, rurality, and poverty level were not associated with late-stage CRC, while Black race was consistently associated with late-stage CRC across all models.

High levels of ROS1 and RNase7 expression are strongly associated with poor prognosis in HCC patients, suggesting potential benefits of anti-ROS1 treatment for these individuals.
