Summary: Parkinson's disease gradually affects people's lives and early detection and treatment can improve patients' quality of life. The current diagnosis of PD is mainly conducted in clinical settings, but a more accessible approach is needed. Mobile health technology has been exploring the possibility of using mobile and wearable devices to detect PD symptoms and bridge the gap between clinical approaches and mHealth technologies.
