Summary: The study presents a novel method for SXR sources, combining nonlinear pulse self-compression with phase-matched high-order harmonic generation to achieve high repetition rate and high flux soft X-ray sources in the laboratory. The application of this technology will improve the efficiency and convenience of soft X-ray research.
