Artificial neural network modeling of cefixime photodegradation by synthesized CoBi2O4 nanoparticles

Oussama Baaloudj et al.

Summary: CoBi2O4 (CBO) nanoparticles were successfully synthesized using the sol-gel method with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as a complexing reagent. Various characterization techniques were employed to analyze the spinel, and the photocatalytic activity of CBO for degrading cefixime (CFX) was studied, along with the development of an artificial neural network model for predicting degradation rates. The importance of the initial CFX concentration in the degradation process was highlighted through experiments and analysis.
