Eight years of experience with vismodegib for advanced and multiple basal cell carcinoma patients in the Netherlands: a retrospective cohort study

Babette J. A. Verkouteren et al.

Summary: Vismodegib has been used to treat locally advanced basal cell carcinoma and metastatic BCC since 2011. This study in the Netherlands evaluated its effectiveness, showing that most BCNS patients achieved partial responses, while larger laBCC tumors were associated with lower probability of complete response.
