Effect of Fiber Loading and Orientation on Mechanical and Thermal Properties of Jute-Polyester Laminated Composite

Summary: This study investigates the effects of fiber orientation and volume fraction on the mechanical and thermal properties of laminated jute reinforced polyester composite. The results show that the mechanical strength, hardness, and thermal conductivity of the composite increase with the fiber volume fraction and vary with the fiber orientation.
