This study evaluates experimental structure and decay data for 12 known nuclides of mass 219, presenting recommended values for level parameters, gamma and alpha radiations, and other spectroscopic information. The lack of excited states information for some nuclides, such as Pb-219 and Bi-219, highlights a general lack of knowledge about their half-lives and decay characteristics. High-spin data are mainly available for Ra-219, Ac-219, and Th-219 from in-beam gamma-ray studies, but evaluators find significant differences in relative photon branchings between different studies.
Evaluated experimental structure and decay data are presented for 12 known nuclides of mass 219 (Pb, Bi, Po, At, Rn, Fr, Ra, Ac, Th, Pa, U, Np). Recommended values are given for level parameters, gamma and alpha radiations, and other spectroscopic information. No excited states are known in Bi-219, Po-219, Pa-219, U-219 and Np-219. Except for isotopic identification, no information about its half-life or decay characteristics is available for Pb-219. For Po-219, several gamma rays have been reported from the decay of Bi-219 beta(-) decay, but no level scheme has been proposed. For At-219, only four excited states are known from alpha decay of Fr-223. For Rn-219 and Fr-219, only the low-spin states are known from alpha decays of Ra-223 and Ac-223, respectively. For Ra-219, Ac-219 and Th-219, mainly the data for high-spin states are available from in-beam gamma-ray studies. For Ra-219, high-spin data are available from 2017He15, 1992Wi02 and 1987Co36, but evaluators find significant differences in relative photon branchings between the three studies. Detailed comments are given in the Adopted dataset for this nuclide. Half-lives of excited states are known only for seven levels in Rn-219, thus there is a general lack of knowledge about gamma-ray transition probabilities. This work supersedes data in the previous evaluations of A=219 published by 2001Br31, 1992Br10 and 1977Ma30.
