Unlabeled Far-Field Deeply Subwavelength Topological Microscopy (DSTM)

Tanchao Pu et al.

Summary: The new type of far-field optical microscopy introduced in this study reveals fine structures of objects with resolution powers better than conventional methods. It is shown to be tolerant to noise and achievable with low dynamic range light intensity detectors. Deep learning reconstruction can be extended to objects of random shape and particularly efficient in microscopy of a priori known shapes.
