Nanomolar detection of L-cysteine and Cu2+ ions based on Trehalose capped silver nanoparticles

Summary: This research successfully prepared Trehalose capped silver nanoparticles through a solvent-free solid-state method and applied them as sensors for L-Cysteine and Cu2+ ions. The concentration of L-Cysteine and Cu2+ ions was detected based on changes in the SPR band, providing a new method for detecting these substances in environmental, biological, and drug samples.
