Actuation performance of a photo-bending crystal modeled by machine learning-based regression

Summary: This study introduces a machine learning-based regression approach for modeling the deflection and force of a photo-bending crystal. Results show that by analyzing experimental measurements and feature values, the most fitted models can be constructed to explain material mechanics-related properties.
