Summary: The study found that the development of radiation-induced brain necrosis is largely associated with radiation dose and tumor volume. Bevacizumab has significant effects on treating brain necrosis after brain metastases, mainly manifested in radiological improvement and symptoms alleviation. New indexes BED/GTV and BED x GTV can be used for risk assessment and severity evaluation of brain necrosis.
