Two new finite element schemes and their analysis for modeling of wave propagation in graphene

Jichun Li

Summary: This paper investigates a system of governing equations for modeling wave propagation in graphene, re-examining the equations and establishing a new stability. Two new schemes with second order convergence in time are proposed, with discrete stabilities inheriting the same form as continuous stability. Numerical results are presented to justify the theoretical analysis.
