An electrochemical sensor for the determination of tartrazine based on CHIT/GO/MWCNTs/AuNPs composite film modified glassy carbon electrode

Summary: A novel nanocomposite film of chitosan/graphene oxide/multi-walled carbon nanotubes/gold nanoparticles was used to fabricate a glassy carbon electrode, which showed high sensitivity for the determination of Tartrazine in food products. The electrode exhibited superior electron transfer and antifouling properties, and successfully tested in commercial food products with satisfactory results.
