Outcomes in Patients with Muscle-invasive Bladder Cancer Treated with Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Followed by (Chemo)radiotherapy in the BC2001 Trial

Summary: The study aimed to determine whether the addition of chemotherapy to radiotherapy could still improve local control in patients who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Results showed that while there was an increase in toxicities with chemotherapy, it did not significantly impact overall survival and quality of life.
