Leaching assessment of aerated concrete made of recycled shale gas drilling cuttings: Particular pollutants, physical performance and environmental characterization

Chao-qiang Wang et al.

Summary: This research investigates the feasibility of using water-based drilling cuttings, phosphogypsum, and fly ash in aerated concrete, while adopting non-autoclaved technology to save energy consumption. Through analyzing the physiochemical properties, microstructure, and environmental performance of WDC, as well as studying the hydration process of non-autoclaved aerated concrete products, the study establishes optimal mixture ratios and performance standards.
