Effect of rGO@Fe3O4on the tribological behavior of biodiesel soot-contaminated polyalphaolefin

Chuan Li et al.

Summary: The study demonstrates that adding rGO@Fe(3)O(4) in the polyalphaolefin-6 base oil can effectively reduce the wear of GCr15 steel specimens contaminated with biodiesel soot. The key to reducing wear lies in the formation of a protective layer and the particles that repair the friction surface.
