Green cutting fluid, made with non-toxic emulsifiers and natural additives, is eco-friendly and non-toxic, in contrast to commercial cutting fluids which are toxic and non-biodegradable. Tests show that the performance of Green cutting fluid is comparable to that of commercial cutting fluids, making it a good basis for further development of non-toxic tribological products.

Performance Assessment of Minimum Quantity Castor-Palm Oil Mixtures in Hard-Milling Operation

Engine performance and emission characteristics of palm biodiesel blends with graphene oxide nanoplatelets and dimethyl carbonate additives

Effect of Different Cooling Strategies on Surface Quality and Power Consumption in Finishing End Milling of Stainless Steel 316

Noteworthy results are obtained using trimethylolpropane trioleate, which increases the lubricating film formation and improves lubricity by up to 12%, while reducing torque increase due to tool wear by 26.8%.
