Effects of time-restricted feeding on body weight, body composition and vital signs in low-income women with obesity: A 12-month randomized clinical trial

Summary: This study aimed to investigate the long-term effects of time-restricted feeding (TRF) on body weight, body composition, and vital signs in low-income women with obesity. The results showed that TRF did not have a significant impact on weight loss, but there were improvements in waist circumference and body fat percentage. This suggests that TRF may be helpful in long-term obesity management in this population. Further research is needed to explore the findings related to axillary temperature.
