Electrochemical sensing and simultaneous determination of guanine and adenine based on covalent organic frameworks/NH2-rG/MoS2 modified glassy carbon electrode

Summary: In this study, a dual-signal amplification biosensor for simultaneous detection of adenine and guanine was fabricated by using COFs, NH2-rG, and MoS2 to modify a glassy carbon electrode. The biosensor exhibited excellent performance with wide linear ranges and low detection limits for G and A, showing simplicity, speed, high sensitivity, good reproducibility, and long-term stability.
