Airway organoids as models of human disease

Small-molecule antagonists of these gene products inhibited SARS-CoV-2 infection across species, highlighting their conserved role in susceptibility to highly pathogenic CoVs.

Genetic Screens Identify Host Factors for SARS-CoV-2 and Common Cold Coronaviruses
