Cleaner production of freshwater using multi-effect tubular solar still

Fuhaid Alshammari et al.

Summary: The study introduces the use of multi-effect tubular solar still to enhance freshwater production efficiency by utilizing heat lost from the first-effect in the subsequent ones to reduce overall heat loss. Results show that double and triple-effect tubular solar stills have lower production cost and higher freshwater yield compared to higher effects.
