There is a growing interest in exploring the potential harmful effects of mindfulness-based interventions, particularly in relation to psychosis. The inconsistency and shortcomings in monitoring and reporting harm are hindering our understanding in this area. We offer eight recommendations to help build a firmer evidence base on potential harm in mindfulness for psychosis.
