Antibiotic Prescribing Choices and Their Comparative C. Difficile Infection Risks: A Longitudinal Case-Cohort Study

Summary: The study shows that longer duration of antibiotic use is associated with higher risk of Clostridioides difficile infection. There are significant disparities in the risks associated with different antibiotic courses used for similar indications.
