Spontaneous polarization electric field briskly boosting charge separation and transfer for sustainable photocatalytic H2 bubble evolution

Summary: This study presents a feasible strategy for constructing polarization photocatalysts with spontaneous polarization electric field (SPEF) to achieve efficient solar energy conversion to H-2 fuel. The coupling of In3+ ions effectively promotes the separation and transfer of photo-generated charges, leading to high photocatalytic performance in H2O reduction. The research opens up a new research hotspot for designing highly efficient photocatalysts.
