Summary: This cross-sectional study of 508 male patients found a positive correlation between serum vitamin D levels and semen quality, testosterone levels, and male reproductive potential. Specifically, higher levels of vitamin D3 were associated with better sperm concentration, motility, and morphology, as well as increased total testosterone levels.
