Migrants' satisfaction with working conditions on cocoa farms in Ghana

Bismark Amfo et al.

Summary: The study shows that migrant laborers are generally satisfied with their working hours, nature of contract, and freedom on cocoa farms, but dissatisfied with their remuneration, welfare, and health/safety conditions. The satisfaction with working conditions among migrants is influenced by various factors such as secondary occupation, nature of contract, and annual earnings.
