Lead free CH3NH3SnI3 based perovskite solar cell using ZnTe nano flowers as hole transport layer

Summary: The potential impact of thin film perovskite solar cells is transformative due to cost reduction, but lead may pose environmental hazards. This study proposed lead-free Sn-based perovskite and investigated it using a hole transport layer. Efficiency of 22.96% was achieved in simulation for the ZnTe-based hole collector.

The wavelength-tunability of synaptic behaviors enables the mimicry of mood-modulated visual learning and memorizing processes of humans, successfully showcasing the computational dynamics of synaptic outputs.

Organic synaptic devices based on ionic gel with reduced leakage current

Summary: In this study, a solid-state hybrid electrolyte dielectric film made from ionic liquid and high-k polymers was developed through a simple solution process to reduce leakage current. By incorporating ions in the dielectric, the organic transistor could operate at low voltage and successfully simulate essential synaptic behaviors through electrostatic coupling effects for neuromorphic computing systems.
