Interference and Coverage Analysis for Terahertz Networks With Indoor Blockage Effects and Line-of-Sight Access Point Association

Summary: This study analyzed the indoor blockage effects in the THz band and proposed a THz channel model, deriving the aggregated interference and theoretical expressions to approximate coverage probability and average network throughput. Results showed that for the nearest-AP user association scheme, the optimal AP density is 0.15/m^2, leading to improved coverage probability and network throughput.
